A great favorite for the fall season

Makes 30 donuts

Traditional Jewish donuts with hole at the top filled with chocolate or jam, dusted with powdered sugar. These sufganiot are the best!

Easy and delicious! Sufganiot without yeast and proofing!

If you don’t have a doughnut pan, pipe 2½-inch circles onto a parchment-lined baking pan. Makes 12 doughnuts
