Homemade Gluten Free Tortilla
We love burrito for breakfast! This is a great homemade soft tortilla recipe for you!

For 2 tortillas you will need:

2 cups Extra White Gold gluten-free Bread flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1.5 cups lukewarm water

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl (salt comes last).
Let it rise for half an hour (covered) in a warm place.
Make 2 balls.
Dust your working surface (We recommend working on a parchment paper) with GF flour.
Roll each dough to a flattened disk. (Use 2 dusted parchment paper) .
In the meantime, heat a nonstick pan to medium-high heat. Add the tortilla and cook for 30-60 sec. until golden spots appear on the bottom and flip, cook for 30 sec on the second side.
Transfer to a clean plate and cover with a clean towel. Enjoy!
