This Gluten and Dairy Free Cinnamon Roll Cake is full of flavors. You will get a lot of compliments and recipe requests when you will bring this cake to your next party or gathering.
It has all the flavor of a cinnamon roll but in an easy cake with vanilla icing drizzled on top and some crunchy apple chips 🍎
For this cinnamon Roll Cake you’ll need:
3 cups Extra White Gold 1:1 allergen free certified all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups plant based milk
1 cup white sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
¼ cup vegan butter, melted
For Cinnamon Layer:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Extra White Gold 1:1 allergen free certified all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 cups confectioners' sugar
5 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🌿Preheat the oven to a medium heat ( 350 degrees F).
Oil spray a 13” by 9 “ baking sheet pan.
🌿Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl.
🌿Blend the dry ingredients with the egg mixture until combined. The mixture will be runny. Let it rest on the counter for 5-7 minutes.
🌿In a different bowl, mix the cinnamon layer ingredients until smooth.
🌿Drop by spoonfuls over the batter in the baking pan. Swirl the top layer into the bottom layer with a knife to create a marble effect.
🌿Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes
out nearly clean, 35 to 45 minutes.
🌿Mix confectioners' sugar, milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a large bowl
until smooth. Drizzle over warm cake. Enjoy
