Vegan Brownies (Only good stuff!)

These delicious vegan brownies have great taste of chocolate and they are super moist.
The recipe doesn't contain chia or flax seeds, banana, apples or coconut!



Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 TBSP. plant based milk
  • 1/2 cup melted vegan butter or oil
  • 1 TBSP. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Extra White Gold Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 2 TBSP. cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, optional

    Ganache:
    1 cup chocolate chips
    2 TBSP. oil or vegan butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 deg F. Grease a 9×13 pan (or 8x8 for thick brownies), or line with parchment paper, and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all dry ingredients. In a medium size bowl, mix the sugars with the liquids, vanilla and oil. Stir wet into dry. Pour into the pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted ,comes out with a few crumbs.
  • Let them cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  • Make the ganache by melting 1 cup chocolate chip chocolate with 2 TBSP. oil.
  •  mix until the ganache is smooth and shiny. Spread over the brownies.
