No knead Gluten Free Soda Bread (savory)
looking for an easy, no knead soda bread?  This is yummy and delicious gluten free soda bread with savory flavors. Great for Easter.

cups Extra White Gold bread flour 
1/4 cup Extra White Gold all purpose flour
teaspoons baking soda
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder or dry herbs (optional)
3 tablespoons sugar
tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil 
1 large egg
cups buttermilk
1/4 cup sesame seeds or everything but bagel blend

How to make?
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking loaf pan with parchment paper.             In medium bowl, whisk together bread flour, all purpose flour, baking soda, onion powder, and salt.
  2. In large mixing bowl, mix sugar, oil, egg and buttermilk.  Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Blend until all incorporated with no lumps.
  3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons seed blend on the parchment paper. Pour the bread batter into the pan. Sprinkle more seed blend on the bread.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.  Remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely (about an hour) before slicing.
    Serve with butter, or cheese if you'd like.
