Low Carb Pumpkin Buttermilk Biscuits

With their orange color and delicious aroma, these biscuits will brighten your buffet table. They are low carb and easy to make. Store  leftovers in the fridge, covered. Serve warm.

 



Ingredients:

1 package Extra White Gold Keto Pizza & Bread Mix
2 L eggs
1/2 cup pumpkin purée (pure 100% pumpkin puree)
1 cup shredded cheese
2  Tbsp oil
4  Tbsp water /buttermilk
1/8 tsp salt

How to make?

  • Preheat oven to 375 deg F
  • In a medium bowl, mix ingredients. Oil your hand slightly, shape the dough ( 9 biscuits).
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy 🍃⭐️
