For this amazing Pumpkin Swirl Low carb Brownies you’ll need:
3oz cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons sweetener alternative
1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg yolk
For the brownies:
1 bag Extra White Gold keto fudgy brownie mix prepared according the instructions on the back of the packet.
How to make?
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 8” square pan.
- Mix the filling ingredients in a medium bowl. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the pan.
- Spoon filling by tablespoonful dollops onto batter. Use a knife to make a swirl design .
- Bake 28-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out almost clean. Let it cool. Store covered in refrigerator.
