Keto, Low Carb Wholesome Bread
This Keto Low Carb Bread is one of our favorite items to make for breakfast. It is nutrient dense. Simple ingredients, very easy to make!

1 1/4 cups Extra White Gold pizza/bread mix
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp egg white powder/ or 3 egg whites
3 tbsp water (if using egg powder)
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup ground golden/black chia seeds
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Everything but the bagel seed mix, spread on top of the bread

How To make?
  • Preheat oven to 350 deg F
  • In a bowl, mix the ingredients and pour into a 9 by 5" loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before slicing.
