Keto, Low Carb Cheesy Thins

They are perfect to use with hamburgers, sandwiches and pizza crust!
Only 4 net carb. Enjoy!



Makes 6 slims 

2 cups Extra White Gold Keto Bread Mix 

1/4 tsp baking soda 

1/4 tsp salt 

2 large eggs 

1 tsp almond milk

1/2 cup butter, melted 

4 oz. very soft cream cheese 

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 

 

How to make?

Preheat oven to 350 deg F.

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

In a second bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, mozzarella, milk and eggs until combined.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. 

Transfer into the muffin top pan. Oil a knife or a back of a spoon and press the dough nicely into the molds.

Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
