Yummy Low carb Biscuits with Olives. Great as a small bite or with a salad or soup.
Makes 9- 12 biscuits
Ingredients:
1 package Extra White Gold biscuit mix
4 large eggs
2 TBSP. Extra virgin olive oil
4 TBSP water
1 cup shredded cheese
5-6 olives, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
How to make?
- Preheat the oven to 375 deg. F . line a baking pan with a parchment paper.
- Mix the ingredients until incorporated in a medium mixing bowl.
- Use an ice-cream scoop or 2 tablespoons. Shape and lay on parchment paper. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
