Combine flour, yeast, sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer; whisk until well mixed, about 1 minute. Add water( starting with 1 cup of water), oil, and salt to the bowl until well combined, about 1 minute. If the dough appears dry, add water gradually. Mix on medium speed; until a soft - sticky dough comes together, about 5 minutes. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Divide dough into 10 equal balls; roll each piece on a floured surface to a 6-inch circle. Place on the prepared baking sheets; cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Bake in the preheated oven until puffed and lightly golden, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the oven, cover with a dry clean towel. Back to all recipes
