Fall decadent Pumpkin Brownie - Vegan & Gluten Free

Yummy Pumpkin, smooth chocolate, and spices unite to make one brownie of fudgy deliciousness that will sure to satisfy anyone’s pumpkin addiction.


1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup Extra White Gold AP flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1tsp vanilla
1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions :
Mix ingredients then pour in 8 x 8" brownie pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees
Check at 20 mins. Cool brownie for 15-20 minutes

1 cup chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. Avocado/ canola oil
Melt the chocolate and oil in the microwave for 30 sec or more.

Drizzle chocolate ganache on top and enjoy!
