1 package (14.11 oz) Extra White Gold™ Brownie Mix
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° Grease the bottom of a 9-inch square pan with oil. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Make Extra White Gold brownie batter as directed on the bag. Spread brownie batter in a pan. Pour cheese mixture over prepared batter. Swirl with a knife for marbled design.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs attached. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving.
Store covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to three days.
