Cream Cheese Brownies
These melt in your mouth Gluten Free Cream Cheese Brownies are rich, and fudgy brownies with a cheesecake ripple. 

(Yields 9)

1 package (14.11 oz) Extra White Gold™ Brownie Mix
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350° Grease the bottom of a 9-inch square pan with oil. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  2. Make Extra White Gold brownie batter as directed on the bag. Spread brownie batter in a pan. Pour cheese mixture over prepared batter. Swirl with a knife for marbled design.
  3. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs attached. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving.

    Store covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to three days.





This was one of the best desserts with chocolate and cheese that I have made in a long time and I will definitely make these again.



I made these brownies and added extra chocolate chips on top. Delicious !!
