For an 8" round or rectangular cake pan
1 cup all purpose Extra White Gold gluten free flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup instant hot chocolate powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup canola oil
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
Gluten free chocolate frosting
Preheat oven to 350 deg F
In a medium size bowl, mix ingredients together.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake for 30 -40 minutes until a toothpick comes clean let the cake cool before frosting.
