INGREDIENTS
For a loaf pan
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose extra white gold gluten free flour
1/2 tsp.baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
1/4 cup powdered sugar,sifted
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
75 ml canola oil
100 ml sour cream
How to make:
Preheat oven to 350 deg F
Mix dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, powdered sugar,sugar, baking powder and baking soda) together with wet ingredients.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake for 30 -35 minutes until a toothpick comes clean. let the cake cool .

I’ve made this twice; but added chopped walnuts and use Swerve sugars. It satisfies all desire for chocolate cake.
