For a round or rectangular chocolate cake
1 cup all purpose extra white gold gluten free flour
1 tsp.baking powder
1 cup chocolate powder (for making hot cocoa)
1 cup sugar
1 cup canola oil
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
gluten free chocolate frosting
Preheat oven to 350 deg F
Mix ingredients together.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake for 30 -40 minutes until a toothpick comes clean let the cake cool before frosting.
