Keto, Low Carb Pizza

Ingredients: Makes 10 " pizza

1 package Extra White Gold Keto Pizza & Bread mix
3 Large eggs
2 Tbsp. olive oil plus more for crust
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

Sugar free Pizza sauce
Veggies
Cheese
More toppings

How to make?

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 deg F.
  2. To make the dough: Combine eggs, and oil in a bowl. Add the mix and seasonings to egg mixture. Mix well.
  3. Flatten crust to a 1/4" thickness using a flour dusted rolling pin or oily hands.
  4. Bake crust for 7-10 min.
  5. Spread sauce and cheese and toppings. Drizzle olive oil on top and edges of the pizza. Bake again for 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
